The entrepreneurs arrived one by one to prepare their stalls and presentations too. Meanwhile Arabic TV channels such as Al-Arabiya, Al-Iraqiya and also Al-forat arrived to interview the entrepreneurs, the Babylon team and also segments of the event itself.  Guests arrived shortly after them, took their seats and the show began.

Ridha, our chairman of the event, introduced Ghadeer to the stage where she gave a small introduction to Babylon Trust. Ridha then welcomed one by one, each young entrepreneur to give their presentation, these included, Maryam Taki – Makeup Artist, M.H Couture, Elite Driving, The Green Estate, JB Law & The Artist of Makeup, also attending was MelaRosie who refrained from presenting, but had a wonderful cake stall.

After the presentations a special guest, Professor Razak Al-Esasa the Cultural Attache’ of the Iraqi embassy, gave a small talk of the importance of these kind of events and why the youth should be encouraged to come. Myself , alongside Mr Shakir the founder of Babylon Trust and our special guest were then introduced to the stage to hand out the recognition awards, which were also a small appreciation to the entrepreneurs for their dedicated time and efforts with us. Ghadeer then followed us, enlightning everyone of the Babylon Trust events to come in the near future and how people can volunteer. Everybody was then welcomed downstairs were refreshments were served and also to check out the prestigious stalls whereby attendees asked entrepreneurs further questions and purchased their goods.

That left one last thing – for the Babylon Trust Team to clear up and to wish everyone all the luck for the future!
